Reporting into the Head of Consumer Capex & Commercial Opex, Special Projects, you'll play a pivotal part in leading and supporting on the finance processes for Consumer Capex. This person will need to work collaboratively with the Heads/Directors of various Commercial and Finance divisions across Virgin Media O2. You will be required to take ownership of challenges/initiatives and seek out improvements and standardisation. This role will need a commercially focused business partner to support on investment decisions and prioritisation, and you'll be responsible for managing Consumer Capex (across both commercial and operations) on an end-to-end basis across both the IT ESA and Non-IT ESA Capex envelopes. You'll also act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) within Consumer Finance and facilitate the bi-monthly Consumer Finance IC as well as ensuring month-end and forecasting processes run efficiently and complete all reporting and commentary required for month end, monthly rolls, budget, and 3YP.

The must haves
In order to be considered you must have the following experience:
- Qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) or equivalent
- A highly motivated self-starter able to deliver high-quality commercial support with minimal guidance
- Ability to prioritise to drive value add & work to tight deadlines
- Strong track record in building relationships & influencing

- Excellent communication skills to articulate information to various stakeholders
- A desire to champion change within division enabling continuous improvements & improving existing reporting with a focus on improving insights
