The Role
We seek a commercially savvy and results-driven Partnership Development Manager to accelerate VoucherCart’s growth through strategic technology partnerships and integrations. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, customer acquisition, and market expansion by building and managing relationships with technology partners and resellers ensuring the seamless delivery of integration solutions that provide tangible value to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong growth mindset, experience in identifying and nurturing high-value partnerships, and the ability to deliver measurable business outcomes.
What You’ll Do
- Identify and Develop Partnerships and Resellers: Research and identify potential partners that align with our strategic goals. Develop outreach strategies to establish these relationships.
- Maintain Relationships: Act as the primary point of contact for partners ensuring their needs are met.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, sales product teams to ensure partnership activities are aligned with company objectives.
- Negotiate Agreements: Lead negotiations for partnership agreements ensuring terms are favourable.
- Track Performance: Develop metrics to measure success of partnerships; report regularly on performance.
- GTM Strategy Execution: Implement GTM strategies focusing on positioning messaging demand generation across various channels.
- Stay Informed on Industry Trends: Keep up-to-date with industry trends market conditions competitor activities.
- Continually Improve Integrations: Monitor product performance gather customer feedback for improvement.
- Be a VoucherCart Champion: Advocate for the product at events conferences speaking with customers partners industry stakeholders.
- Co-Marketing Activities - Create effective co-marketing campaigns generating leads revenue for both parties.
- Lead Joint Promotional Campaigns - Manage joint promotional campaigns like Launch Marketing.
Your Skills
- Strategic Partnership Development: Ability to research identify establish high-value technology partnerships aligned with business goals.
- Technical Understanding: Familiarity with APIs integrations SaaS ecosystems effectively communicate value propositions
to partners.

Qualifications & Experience
Proven track record identifying negotiating managing strategic partnerships driving revenue growth.Bachelor's degree Business Marketing Technology related field (or equivalent experience).3+ years experience partnership development business development similar role within SaaS or technology-driven company.
