Job Title: Site Manager
Location: Acton, North London
Salary: £300 -£325 per day, depending on experience
Sector: Modular (MMC)
* Are you a No1 Site Manager with experience with the supply and installation of offsite construction systems? Or do you have a timber framing/traditional construction background?
* Are you seeking an approx. 4 weeks contract role with a growing business?
You will be managing and overseeing the project. As part of the core site team, you can expect to work closely with subcontract labour to ensure that the project is delivered safely on time and budget.
We are seeking candidates with direct experience working within the MMC sector as a Site Manager and have delivered a modular commercial project. You will be joining a firm with a healthy pipeline of projects across the country.
Responsibilities:
* Working on a commercial project in North London
* Ensure all site staff are adhering to health and safety procedures
* Be actively involved in pre-start, progress and handover meetings
We would welcome conversations with candidates who:
* Hold CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid tickets
* Have a strong working knowledge of full turnkey projects
* Posses strong planning skills and the ability to 'look ahead' on-site programmes and anticipate challenges
* Can bring good experience in managing sub-contractors and site-based labour
* Are comfortable representing the firm in site-based progress meetings
* Are able to start on 3rd March
