Overall Purpose of the Role:
Reporting to the Group Talent Acquisition Manager, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for the delivery of end-to-end Talent Acquisition activities across all Glanua UK based business entities. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will work with a wide range of business managers and senior stakeholders to provide a strategic and commercial Talent Acquisition service, continually looking for improvements in the Talent Acquisition strategy, to ensure that the best people are in the right roles at the right time.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Managing the full-cycle recruitment process for all Irish based Glanua UK entities from a proactive and engaging sourcing strategy through to hiring talent
and on-boarding.
- Building strong partnerships with both internal stakeholders
and candidates in order to meet staffing needs while providing high level service
and positive experience throughout hiring process.
- Creating
and maintaining open communication with hiring managers
and driving recruitment process that supports Talent Acquisition best practices.
- Providing support,
influencing
and offering expert advice
to stakeholders/hiring managers regarding selection decisions as well as recruitment process/best practices/policies/legislation;
- Using existing or/and innovative sourcing channels
and methods
to attract
and build diverse talent pool across functions; aiming
to maintain effective pipeline
and network of diverse talent for existing
and future hiring needs.
- Aiming
to work towards direct sourcing model by using tools/methods available; however,
will also be required manage/build effective relationships with third party suppliers/recruitment agencies when required.
- Negotiating supplier Terms & Conditions aiming at maintaining recruitment spend at minimal level.
- Maintaining preferred supplier base tailored for each function.
- Monitoring/assessing effectiveness of recruitment channels/supplier activities.
- Providing ongoing training/development leaders equipping them with skills/ability use best practice interview/selection techniques.
- Involvement Managers Training & Development projects/programmes when required.
- Negotiating hire offers closing contracts successful candidates. Managing recruitment/onboarding related administrative duties.
- Acting ambassador Glanua culture/values mission promoting Glanua equal opportunity employer driving fair process both internal/external appointments.
- Consistently aiming deliver high-touch personalized candidate experience throughout recruitment process owning Talent Acquisition data using it building strategy running relevant Recruitment HR reports communicating metrics business when required enhancing Induction Onboarding experience managing/driving structured branded orientation new hires involvement various HR projects/processes/ad-hoc duties when required part wider HR team.

Qualifications / Experience / Skills:
5+ years’ experience full-cycle recruitment/talent acquisition ideally high volume environment Water/Waste Water Industries; Experience successfully recruiting wide variety business functions; Previous partnering leadership teams; Strong relationship building/client/stakeholder management skills; Excellent communicator written/verbal/presenting ability communicate diplomacy manage difficult conversations; Negotiation persuasion skills; Able think strategically execute tactically self-motivation resourcefulness previous experience delivery Talent Acquisition HR projects previous utilizing ATS/HRI preferred solid MS Office skills particularly Excel PowerPoint.
