Cedar is currently partnered with a global, PE-backed business undergoing a significant transformation to recruit three Interim Senior Finance Business Partners. These roles are based in Central London on an initial contract basis, paying a competitive day rate. Each role will focus on a key function: Contact Centre & Operations, Digital Marketing & Commercial, or Technology.

The Role
As a Senior Finance Business Partner, you will:
* Act as a strategic finance partner to senior leadership, driving performance through insightful financial analysis.
* Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
* Develop robust financial models to support scenario planning, investment decisions, and cost optimisation.
* Provide actionable recommendations based on in-depth analysis of key financial and operational metrics.
* Enhance financial reporting and analytics through automation and standardisation.
* Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business performance.
* Collaborate cross-functionally to drive revenue growth, cost efficiencies, and operational excellence.
* Influence stakeholders at all levels, ensuring financial governance and commercial discipline.
* Support ongoing transformation initiatives, embedding best-in-class financial processes.
* Work closely with investors and senior stakeholders to align with broader business objectives.
Your Profile
You will ideally have:
* Proven experience as a Senior Finance Business Partner or in a similar commercial finance role.
* A strong track record of partnering with senior leadership to drive financial performance and strategic decisions.
* Exceptional analytical and data interpretation skills, with a focus on delivering actionable insights.
* The ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
* Strong financial modelling, forecasting, and scenario planning capabilities.
* Experience in one of the following areas: Contact Centre & Operations, Digital Marketing & Commercial, or Technology.
