About the Role
We are seeking a
Digital/Ecommerce Business Analyst
to drive the success of our
ecommerce platforms and digital initiatives
. You will analyze business needs, gather requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance digital experiences, optimize conversions, and streamline operations.
Key Responsibilities
Gather, document, and analyse
business and technical requirements
for E-commerce projects.
Work with stakeholders to
enhance customer journeys, site performance, and digital features
.
Analyse
data and KPIs
(Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to provide actionable insights.
Support
system integrations, platform enhancements, and process improvements
.
Collaborate with
development, UX, and marketing teams
to optimize digital commerce strategies.
Assist in
UAT testing, reporting, and stakeholder training
.
Requirements
3-5+ years
of experience in
ecommerce/digital business analysis
.
Strong knowledge of
ecommerce platforms
(Adobe Commerce, Shopify, Salesforce, etc.).
Experience with
Google Analytics, Power BI, SQL, or similar analytics tools
.
Familiarity with
Agile methodologies, JIRA, and Confluence
.
Excellent
problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
.
Knowledge of
SEO, digital marketing, APIs, and order management systems
is a plus.
