Our client Deloitte, the global consultancy and advisory organisation and the world’s largest professional services network, known as one of the ‘Big 4’, is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to assist a high street bank on an established Collections project.

Your day-to-day activities will include:
- The role will be responsible for inspiring, developing, coaching and formally appraising Team Leaders to set performance standards.
- Recognising achievements and managing individual and team performance.
- Day to day operational management of teams.
- Ensuring team are compliant with policies, standards and external regulation and hitting all targets.
You will be passionate about customer service and will be pivotal in driving the operations of the team in order to deliver fair customer outcomes.
What Knowledge, Skills & Experience We Need
- Min 2+ years' experience of Operational Management in a financial services/remediation environment.
- Exposure to a collections and/or telephony experience preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of industry risk and governance standards.
- Proven experience of delivering performance improvements and efficiencies within a financial operation.
- Ability to lead a team that can coach, lead and motivate others toward improved performance.
- Proven experience of change management within large operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced changing environment.
- Experience of managing and implementing change.
