Overall Purpose of The Job
To provide professional HR support and direction to the MD of the assigned Division, his/her leadership team and the broader division. To provide leadership and support for all HR-related activities within the division or geographical scope in accordance with V.Group HR policies and procedures as well as relevant jurisdictions employment legislation enabling delivery of relevant business unit objectives while embedding best practice people strategies which continuously support our goal to be an employer of choice. To contribute to the delivery of the V.Group HR strategy as part of the regional or divisional HR leadership team.

Key Responsibilities And Tasks
- Understanding the HR implications of key business initiatives within division/region; identifying implications regarding organization structure, headcount operational footprint skills/capabilities; ensuring required strategies/processes/tactics are established to support growth objectives.
- Coach/develop line managers enhancing competency/capability managing/motivating their teams across full range people disciplines (e.g., recruitment selection induction performance management development employment legislation reward succession planning).
- Contribute developing/executing business initiatives focusing on organizational change/communication aspects by providing guidance/support leaders/managers applying compliant processes/procedures.
- Responsibility for employee relations including organization change/development performance management discipline/grievance requiring consultation/coaching/influence leaders across broad range organizational/people issues.
- Create/build/sustain effective working relationships/networks key partners internally/external including legal advisors/local service providers agreed with Group functional expert (e.g., learning & development recruitment reward).
- Leading HR team effectively developing/executing policies/procedures ensuring effectiveness/efficiency back office functions (Payroll Benefits related administration activities leveraging PeopleConnect).
- Provide leadership/coaching emerging talent management agenda focused pragmatic delivery people plans aimed attracting engaging retaining employees.
- Promote/enforce adherence Group Policies Procedures relevant employment legislation all locations within region seeking necessary support from Head HR other colleagues.

Essential Requirements
