Company Overview:
A PLC house builder based in Bexhill on Sea, East Sussex, is currently looking for an Assistant Site Manager to join their dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the site team to ensure successful completion of CML's
- Demonstrate a keen eye for detail and proactive approach to quality control
- Update internal systems with Part L information and pictures, requiring strong IT literacy
- Utilize previous experience with internal systems to effectively manage tasks
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar fast-paced environment
- SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification
- CSCS Card (Construction Skills Certification Scheme)
- FAW (First Aid at Work) certification
- Ideally from a trade background in carpentry or dry lining
