Location:
Fully remote, with some national and international travel expected.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop product roadmaps, balancing complex client requirements against wider omnichannel commerce themes.
- Track initiatives delivered against agreed KPIs.
- Prepare collateral/updates to embed a strong eCommerce culture across both our organization and our clients'.
- Utilize quantitative and qualitative insights to improve conversion and represent the voice of the customer.
- Manage key partners and ensure optimal performance from partner integrations.
- Consult with Technical Strategy/Delivery teams on future developments.

- Passionate about emerging technology and able to communicate its value engagingly.
- Data-driven with a creative, consumer-centric approach.
- Experience in supporting/leading client workshops and driving partners to improve processes.
- Appreciation of web development technologies.
- Pro-active, self-starter with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to make pragmatic decisions under pressure and instill a clear vision within delivery teams.
- Strong commercial prioritization skills and entrepreneurial approach to work.
- Experience in breaking complex problems into phases and iterating towards a goal.

Required Experience:
- SaaS or agency delivery experience to external clients.
- Agile/SCRUM delivery and SAFe methodology.
- International project/product delivery.
