Description
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Development:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, and budget.
- Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments to evaluate project viability.
- Obtain necessary permits and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and suppliers for project design and procurement.
Execution & Implementation:
- Lead and oversee construction activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules and quality standards.
- Monitor and manage project risks, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Ensure all safety protocols and environmental regulations are strictly followed.
- Conduct site inspections to track progress and resolve on-site challenges.
Stakeholder Coordination:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, investors, and regulatory agencies.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including engineers, finance, and operations, to ensure seamless execution.
- Communicate project status, risks, and milestones to stakeholders through regular reporting.
