Hours: 40 hours per week
Contract Duration: 12-month contract, likely to extend

Overview:
Long-term contract opportunity for an Electrical Design Engineer to support the water utilities sector in technical design, safety, and quality. This role would be well suited to an electrical design engineer with experience in Low Voltage (LV) systems, wastewater treatment plants, and UMON4 metering. The position offers a variety of projects including storage solution design, control unit development, and flow rerouting.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients on diverse electrical design projects ensuring quality and technical excellence.
- Produce calculations.
- Create industry-standard drawings.
- Prepare investigations, reports, and specifications.
- Present findings.
- Collaborate with the broader engineering team.
- Contribute to the development of junior engineers and graduates.

The Role:
- Electrical Design Engineer - Contracting and Permanent available
- Design, Specification and Reporting
- Use AutoCAD to produce diagrams, layouts, detailed drawings
- Conduct protection systems analysis
- Perform flow load analysis and fault studies

Candidate Requirements:
- HNC or Engineering Degree
- Proficient in AutoCAD
- Experience in LV Design
- Water Industry experience preferred
