We work to understand our clients’ business, requirements and objectives to deliver the best results for their promotional and mall retailing needs.  Job Responsibilities Summary  Enable SpaceandPeople to overachieve our sales targets for our Rail clients through:  ·       Working with the Head of Rail and Sales teams to deliver the station by station strategies for Retail·       Leading on all Rail Retail opportunities – ensuring all marketing and sales material are up to date. Briefing the retail team on all opportunities available and ensuring gaps are filled·       Putting in processes to ensure smooth booking applications.·       Developing excellent relationships with all appropriate staff at both portfolio and station level ·       Developing a deep understanding of the Health and Safety, paperwork and logistical requirements of each station and provide a basic guide for internal colleagues. ·       Supporting the Head of Rail in liaising with marketing, agencies and photographers to build case studies, presentations, site maps and guides. ·       Developing new opportunities for the sales team (sectors / spaces). ·       Visiting stations to build knowledge and identify new/different opportunities·       Completing site visits with prospective clients for all retail opportunities·       Completing presentations as required. ·       Liaising with stations and clients to provide feedback on their experiences and implementing improvements where appropriate.   ·       Supporting the Head of Rail in monitoring station and portfolio performance against agreed targets highlighting variances both positive and negative on a monthly basis  ·       Developing strong relationships and proactively managing the relationship with Rail clients·       Managing booking approvals for all Rail Retail bookings and ensuring they are within a timely manner·       Liaising with S&P Ops team where needed  Person Specification  ·       Previous venue or retail experience preferred  ·       Media experience not required although advantageous ·       Personality with professionalism ·       Ability to prioritise a busy workload and meet deadlines·       Willing to travel regionally·       Ability to learn and work within defined parameters ·       Commercially aware, motivated and enthusiastic ·       Ability to build and sustain good working relationships ·       Excellent communication skills and ability to showcase this
