We are seeking a forward-looking Business Analyst to support our People & Culture Transformation agenda as we build a strong foundation for the function going forward. Through this role, you will become adept at understanding and designing business-facing people processes, working with complex organisational information, and collaborating with a diverse array of global business stakeholders. You will play a role in ensuring the success of the global P&C strategic agenda and will gain broad exposure to the wider Schroders business.

The base
We moved into our new HQ in the City of London in 2018. We're close to our clients, in the heart of the UK's financial centre. And we have everything we need to work flexibly.
Key Responsibilities
Coordination and Support of Strategic Initiatives:
- Coordinate and contribute to the development, testing, and implementation of multiple global strategic initiatives.
- Design and implement a new comprehensive Job Architecture which will improve how we manage talent and develop skills.
- Track progress, manage timelines, ensure effective communication among teams.
- Provide updates and reports to senior stakeholders including senior P&C Leadership, Programme boards, steering committees.
- Support integration of plans across multiple initiatives ensuring coherent end-state solution adhering to global design principles.
Business Analysis:
- Support development of business cases; document requirements supporting initiative objectives.
- Partner with functional/technical teams ensuring feasibility/alignment with guidelines/design principles/business needs.
- Support Programme/Workstream teams defining/alignment transformation plans with business requirements.
- Assist design/testing/implementation processes; perform detailed impact assessments/gap analyses for successful implementation changes.
- Work across all teams within P&C embedding high-quality business processes/services globally.
Stakeholder Management:
- Build/maintain strong relationships across multiple business areas including Corporate Services Global Technology Finance broader change management community.
- Act as liaison between P&C teams/business teams/technical resources ensuring effective implementation requirements.
- Partner with key stakeholders/capability owners integrating inputs into strategic decisions/problem-solving discussions.
The Knowledge Experience And Qualifications You Need
At least 3 years hands-on experience managing organisational/people information within HR or financial services; experience in process documentation/job evaluation/business requirements gathering other analysis skills; experience designing target operating models implementing them using change management practices; working in fast-paced environment proven track record delivering tangible outputs/value on time/budget quality; proficiency Excel PowerPoint familiarity HR systems such as Oracle; experience working project teams or Programme Management Offices; demonstrated ability work effectively complex dynamic environments manage ambiguous situations; strong analytical/problem-solving skills natural drive ask questions understand complex situations; excellent communication/collaboration skills ability engage stakeholders all levels.
