About the role:
We are looking for an experienced Collibra SME (Subject Matter Expert) or Data Governance Solution Architect to support the S/4HANA migration team. This role is crucial in translating business requirements into data governance frameworks and technical capabilities within Collibra, ensuring seamless alignment with the new system.
What you’ll do:
- Work closely with the S/4HANA migration team to understand data governance requirements.
- Design and configure Collibra asset models to mirror the S/4HANA data structure.
- Provide strategic guidance on best practices, including governance policies, metadata management, and data lineage.
- Offer expert insights into the pros and cons of different data governance models within Collibra.
- Go beyond hands-on execution—advise on long-term scalability and compliance standards.
- Adapt to potential future transitions by learning new data governance tools if needed.
What you'll need:
- Deep expertise in Collibra and data governance frameworks.
- Strong understanding of metadata management, data lineage, and governance policies.
- Experience designing data governance architectures for enterprise platforms.
- Prior involvement in S/4HANA migrations or similar ERP integrations is a plus.
- Broader knowledge of data governance tools beyond Collibra is desirable.
- Willingness to work UK or European hours.
