About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced SAP Project Manager to join our dynamic team for an exciting SAP implementation project. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of SAP FI, MM, and SD modules. This role will be critical in managing the project lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful implementation of SAP solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, plan, and manage SAP FI/MM/SD implementation projects.
- Coordinate with key stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Monitor and manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
- Oversee day-to-day project activities, including tracking milestones, mitigating risks, and resolving issues.
- Communicate regularly with teams in Singapore, London, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment and timely progress.
- Ensure project documentation and change management processes are in place.
- Provide regular project status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
- Manage and guide a team of SAP consultants and collaborate with technical and functional teams.
- Travel to London for critical project phases when required.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in SAP project management, with a focus on FI, MM, and SD modules.
- Strong understanding of the SAP implementation lifecycle (from planning to go-live).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with teams in different time zones (Singapore and London)
and flexibility to work during overlapping hours.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with agile and waterfall project management methodologies is a plus.
- SAP certification (preferred but not required).
Additional Information:
This is a contract position with a duration of 1.5 years. The candidate will not need to work strictly on the Singapore timetable but should be flexible to work during some overlapping hours with the Singapore
and London teams. For critical phases of the project,
the team member may need to travel to London.
