Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with working experience in completions and commissioning to lead and oversee key project scope(s) in Teesside. The successful candidate will manage a multidisciplinary on-site team, including the Project Engineer and Construction Manager while acting as the primary interface with all key stakeholders. This role involves construction project management, focusing on stakeholder coordination, procurement, and execution oversight.
Contract Duration: 12-18 months
Role Overview:
We are seeking a Project Engineer with a strong background in commissioning and completions. This role will support the organization by reviewing, prioritizing, organizing all relevant plant documentation including Inspection Test Records (ITRs), Non-Conformance Records (NCRs), Outstanding Worklist (OWL)and punch list items into discipline-specific work scopes and work packs. This role is critical for ensuring compliance and governance regarding handover of plant associated equipment into live plant operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify package items per shutdown / non-shutdown scope.
- Review assess ITRs NCRs to determine scope priority discipline allocation.
- Develop compile detailed workpacks based on ITRs NCRs for efficient execution.
- Coordinate with engineering operations maintenance teams to ensure alignment feasibility workpacks.
- Support scheduling planning efforts streamline resolution NCRs completion ITRs.
- Monitor progress address challenges ensure timely completion assigned tasks.
- Provide technical input recommendations improve inspection maintenance workflows.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in maintenance/or project engineering role ideally heavy industrial or process plant environment.
- Strong understanding Inspection Test Records Non-Conformance Record processes.
- Proficiency work order management systems workpack preparation.
- Excellent organizational communication skills liaise effectively cross-functional teams.
- Commitment safety adherence relevant regulations standards.
