We are seeking a Technology Net Zero Sustainability Program Manager to lead sustainability initiatives within the Cloud Economics & FinOps function. This role requires expertise in program management, FinOps, and Net Zero principles, ensuring financial operations align with sustainability objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Program Leadership: Manage the Technology Net Zero Sustainability Program, aligning with the bank’s sustainability and climate goals.
- FinOps & Cost Optimization: Apply FinOps principles for cost-efficient and sustainable cloud and IT resource utilization.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with finance, IT, sustainability, and procurement teams to embed sustainability in tech decisions.
- Data-Driven Insights: Analyze carbon footprint data, energy trends, and FinOps metrics for sustainability improvements.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage with vendors, regulators, and internal teams to align sustainability efforts with best practices.

Key Skills & Experience:
- Program Management: Proven experience in Agile methodologies and tech transformation projects.
- FinOps Expertise: Strong understanding of cloud cost management and IT financial optimization.
- Sustainability & Net Zero: Knowledge of carbon accounting, ESG frameworks, and sustainable IT strategies.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Ability to collaborate and influence diverse business and tech functions.
- Analytical & Reporting Skills: Capability to interpret complex financial and sustainability data for strategic decision-making.
