Experience Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in advertising sales, marketing, consulting or media.
- Experience in Paid search, Display, Video and other digital media channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & Execution:
- Develop, implement, and manage paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, and other digital advertising channels.
- Conduct audience research, keyword analysis, and competitive benchmarking to inform campaign strategy.
- Manage budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation for maximum return on ad spend (ROAS).
Performance Monitoring & Optimization:
- Continuously analyze campaign performance metrics.
- A/B test ad creatives, targeting strategies, and landing pages to optimize conversion rates.
- Adjust bidding strategies and campaign structures based on real-time data insights.
Client & Stakeholder Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing strategic guidance and regular performance updates.
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, content, analytics) to align paid media efforts with broader marketing goals.
- Deliver data-driven reports, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
Industry Trends & Innovation:
- Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates,and emerging advertising technologies.
- Implement new strategies and best practices to enhance campaign effectiveness and efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience:
- 5+ years in paid media,digital advertising or performance marketing.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Google Ads ,Meta Ads Manager ,LinkedIn Ads ,and other relevant platforms.
Analytical Mindset:
- Strong ability to interpret data ,derive insights,and make data-driven decisions.
