Are you an experienced Project Manager with a strong finance background and expertise in ERP/financial system implementations? We're looking for a dynamic professional to lead a key project, driving business process improvements and system implementations within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Finance, Production, R&D, HR, and Procurement to define business processes and system requirements.
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of ERP/financial systems, preferably M365 & Dassault (PLM), with a focus on production modules.
- Manage supplier selection, RFPs, and onboarding processes.
- Develop project charters, resource estimates, and governance frameworks.
- Oversee system testing, implementation, and stakeholder training.
- Identify and resolve project challenges, ensuring smooth execution and stakeholder satisfaction.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in ERP/financial system implementations, ideally M365 & Dassault (PLM).
- Strong project management skills with formal qualifications (Prince2, Agile PM, PMP).
- Excellent stakeholder management, leadership and organisational skills.
- Experience working in an Agile environment is desirable.
- Knowledge of FP&A and core business processes; prior experience in a finance environment preferred.
