What You’ll Do As a Solution Consultant
- Collaborate with diverse customer teams including domain experts product managers engineers data scientistsand data engineersto designand develop customer-specific applicationson topof th e T aktil e platformt o support their specific requirements suchas specific case management solutions.
- In collaborationwith th e T aktil e Salesan d Solutions te am you will support pilot projects duringthe late-stage sales cycle Your focus will be on creating custom applicationsan d demo templatesthat showcase our capabilitiesan d address any technical concernsfrom customers.
- Develop reusable templatesan d applicationsthat can be leveragedby customersto streamline their adoptionan d useof th e T aktil e platform Thisisakeyto enhance overall service deliveryandan ensurea consistent customerexperience.
- Collaboratewithproductmanagementtotranslateinsightsfromcustomerinteractionsintoactionableproductimprovements
About You
You haveagenuineinterestinunderstandingourcustomers'businessesandyouthriveonhelpingthemovercomechallenges.Youknowhowtobuildstrongcustomerrelationshipswithstakeholdersacrossdifferentlevelsofseniorityandincludingbothtechnicalstakeholdersinanorganization(e.g.PrincipalEngineersDataScientists)aswellasbusinessstakeholders(e.g.RiskManagersCreditAnalysts).Youareabletoplanmanageprojectscopeexpectationsantimelines.YouwillneedtomanagemultipleprojectsacrossyouralignedcustomersthatwillbeatdifferentpartsoftheirjourneywithTaktile.Youembraceamindsetofcontinuouslearningdemonstratingawillingnesstoacquirenewskillsmethodologieswhileintegratingbestpracticesintoouroperations.Youexcelinworkingwithpeersacrossvariousdepartments-includingSalesSolutionEngineeringProductEngineeringCustomerSuccess-fosteringaspiritofteamwork.Youarealwaysonthelookoutforinnovativewaystoengagewithcustomersenuringthatyoustandoutinacompetitvelandscape.YouspossesssolidunderstandingRESTAPIsincludingdesignintegrationauthenticationAdditionallyhave strong knowledge Python SQL solution-oriented professional enjoys deep technical discussions much transferring technical knowledge understandable terms broader audience outstanding written spoken English skills enabling convey complex ideas clearly effectively
