About The Role
Medical Aid for Palestinians (MAP) continues to respond to the largest emergency in our 40-year history. Over the last 15 months support for our cause has seen significant growth in income as tens of thousands of supporters have joined MAP. Our challenge now is to retain this interest and ensure we sustain income as we respond to the ongoing situation and the longer-term health of Palestinians over the coming years. With an ambition to be a Β£50m organisation by 2028, the Performance and Insights Manager will play a key role in guiding our fundraising decision making through audience insights and contributing to enabling over one million Palestinians to access improved healthcare annually by 2028.
This is a new role at MAP, reporting to the Director of Fundraising and Marketing and working closely with the Fundraising Operations team who manage the CRM (MS Dynamics). The Performance and Insights Manager will support the success of our fundraising and campaigning efforts, making a measurable difference in the way we engage and communicate with our key audiences. The role is responsible for developing and tracking audience insights utilising both qualitative and quantitative research, measuring brand activity, and providing essential reporting and foresight that helps to optimise performance, staying ahead in a competitive marketplace in the UK and globally.
About You
Ideally with experience in the charity sector, but not essential, you will bring your analytical skills to turn complex data into insights which fundraising and communications colleagues can use to guide their decisions. You are a collaborative colleague with the ability to drive change whilst inspiring and influencing those around you through your passion for your work. With your good communication skills, you'll have the ability to present data and insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. You will also bring analytical expertise along with proficiency in Power platforms such as Power BI. Knowledge of AI tools along with their potential applications in data analysis & reporting is a plus.
Disclaimer Note: We encourage all interested applicants to apply even if they donβt meet all criteria in the person specification.
