The successful candidate will be responsible for automotive vehicle electrical support, including preparation, building, reworking, and fault diagnostics within a Automotive Development environment. Expleo offers both inside and outside IR35 contracts, based in Warwickshire.
Responsibilities:
- To investigate and diagnose electrical issues, using diagnostic equipment.
- Support Testing in static and dynamic conditions to gather accurate, timely, and quality test data/results.
- Analysis of faults to effectively report issues to relevant areas of production and engineering.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Fundamental understanding of vehicle dis-assembly, assembly, & maintenance techniques.
- Vehicle system knowledge with the ability to fault find components and wiring.
- City & Guilds / BTEC / IMI Level 3 would be preferable within automotive engineering OR a recognised apprenticeship or qualification within a relevant field.
- Ability to read and understand detailed circuit drawings.
- Familiar with Word and PowerPoint for report writing.
