Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive fabric condition surveys of a healthcare property.
- Utilise a handheld device and asset capture software to record survey data accurately.
- Assess and document the condition of building elements, identifying any defects or maintenance requirements.
- Work efficiently and independently to complete the surveys within the project timeframe.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in building surveying, ideally within healthcare or similar environments.
- Strong knowledge of building fabric elements, defects, and maintenance requirements.
- Experience using handheld data collection devices and asset capture software.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong reporting skills.
