Job Title: PMO Manager
Location: Bromley/Chester (3 days in office)
Rate: £600–650 per day (UMB)
Contract Length: 12 months

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and future-focused PMO Manager to join the NTCO Change Management team. In this role, you will be key to driving transformation by redesigning processes, supporting technology deployments, and challenging existing norms. You will work on high-impact projects, engaging with stakeholders to develop optimal solutions to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the gathering and analysis of data to support transformation work
• Drive change and efficiency within a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Collaborate with key partners to understand processes and challenges
• Manage competing priorities and ensure timely execution of project deliverables
• Create and deliver executive presentations and improvement plans
• Maintain a sense of urgency around project critical paths and escalate issues as necessary
• Foster collaboration within teams to ensure project success

Required Skills & Experience:
• Strong background in project management, with deep business acumen
• Expertise in PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in building executive-level presentations
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to drive change and efficiency in complex projects
• Strong collaboration skills and a focus on partnership

• Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous learning and adapting to future business needs
• Ability to present complex issues in a clear and concise manner

The business would like to see candidates from a Financial Services background with a particular focus on Regulatory Programmes. The PMO Management experience is the priority but if you have general Change Management that would help too.
