About the Role
Due to healthy order books and company expansion, there is need for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to support the Commercial Department and Quantity Surveyors on projects ranging from £200k - £1m. As the Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for assisting with the management of all costs with an end goal of maximising the project profit margin and ensuring delivery of payment whilst developing future client relationships.
About the Requirements
- Previous experience in working with Estimating
- Demonstrable skills developed with a civil engineering or RC Frame and groundwork contractor.
- Degree educated within Quantity Surveying.
- 5+ years experience with a Civil or RC Frame and Groundwork contractor.
