Project Overview:
Fitout of an existing industrial building, including flooring, partitions, storage, associated M&E/equipment, and cold storage areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the project manager and subcontractors to ensure successful completion.
- Supervise and lead a team ensuring productivity and adherence to safety standards.
- Ensure Health and Safety Compliance.
- Conduct short-term programme look-aheads and progress meetings with Project Management, client & stakeholders.
- Manage labour, plant, and materials delivery.
Qualifications & Experience:
- CSCS Card
- SMSTS
- First Aid certification
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Solid understanding of health and safety regulations.
