Key Responsibilities
- Lead business analysis activities across complex digital transformation projects including medication management, finance, HR and care plans
- Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes to enable both quick wins in process optimisations and longer-term transformative changes
- Create end to end customer, staff and supplier journeys and support definition of Target Operating Model
- Develop detailed process maps, data flow diagrams, and system integration models
- Create comprehensive business and functional specifications for all solutions
- Collaborate with IT architects to design and implement innovative digital solutions
- Utilize data analytics and visualisation tools to provide actionable insights
- Apply end-to-end systems thinking approach to ensure all process interactions and integrations can be achieved
- Support change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new technologies and processes
- Create training plans and documentation as required
- Participate in ITT process and procuring solutions through definition of high and low level requirements
- Create as is, to be and gap analysis for agreed processes
- Support and mentor junior BA team members
Required Skills And Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on digital transformation projects
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in:
- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel - advanced, PowerPoint, Visio - advanced)
- Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Power BI
- Miro or similar collaboration tools
- Experience with data mapping, system integrations, and IT architecture analysis
- Expertise in process mapping and modeling, including BPMN
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles and methodologies
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proven ability to lead and mentor junior team members
Preferred Certifications
CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis) or CCBA (Certification of Competency in Business Analysis)
CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner)
Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher)
Scrum Master
