Role Description
Lead the cultural and people component within Digital Intelligence in coordination with all key stakeholders by developing and implementing supportive people programs aligned with focus area strategic objectives, including establishing an environment for growth and capability building. This position will report to Global People Director, Growth, Digital Intelligence and Advisory (GDIA).
Role Accountabilities
Act as a Strategic Business Partner
- Support Digital Intelligence leadership team.
- Establish trusted relationships with business area leaders on strategic people priorities.
- Provide front line advisory on people initiatives with strategic impact.
- Collaborate with other business partners to deliver total employee experience.

Workforce Solution Leader
- Work strategically with business leaders to identify creative solutions focused on capability, well-being, culture, and talent development.
- Co-create solutions in line with global Centre of Excellence (COE) direction.
Define People Priorities
- Work with leaders to define priorities that align with desired employee experience.
- Support design/delivery of related policies/processes/programs.
Support Standardization
- Champion standardization of ERP setup according to global approach.
Develop for the Future
- Assist in executing strategic workforce planning across functions.
- Participate in selection/promotion decisions ensuring necessary skills are present.
Plan Customer-Focused Programs
- Coordinate programs linked to business outcomes impacting strategy realization.
Support Learning Culture Implementation
- Implement global approaches promoting individual/team learning through competency frameworks/development curriculum.
Create People Plan
- Collaborate on creating a People plan supporting business area strategy ensuring cross-business consistency through collaboration COEs enhancing country employee proposition.
Manage Strategic Relationships
- Optimize holistic solutions by managing relationships locally with internal/external providers.
Strategic Barometer & Proactive Advisor
- Consult/challenge businesses on organizational/capability issues contributing to growth/competitiveness while delivering excellent employee experiences consistently across Arcadis.
- Articulate needs back to GDIA People Director.
Insights Expert
- Use analytics for proactive insights driving innovations/data-driven decisions alongside People Analytics team.
Organization Effectiveness & Transformation Leader
- Facilitate discussions around change/culture/transformation ensuring annual processes/programs are delivered collaboratively within function/People Services/COE leads.
Improve Metrics Effectiveness
- Aim for increased retention/engagement through improved effectiveness metrics while providing feedback/suggestions for efficiency improvements in support services.
Provide Direction on Change Programs
- Ensure compliance/alignment regarding high-level change programs per legislation/business sector objectives/strategic directions.
Leadership Talent Coach

Qualifications & Experience
The candidate should have an academic degree (preferably human resources) along extensive progressive senior HR leadership experience partnering roles understanding complexity leading international settings comprehensively addressing various aspects involved therein effectively navigating challenges faced regularly encountered daily basis successfully overcoming obstacles presented therein ultimately achieving desired outcomes/results expected timely manner efficiently without compromising quality standards upheld consistently maintained throughout entire process lifecycle duration involved herein respectively!
