Responsibilities:
- Obtain and maintain certification in WFS Product Suite applications required to perform the role.
- Continue to learn WFS product configuration requirements (i.e., naming conventions; importing templates; database structure; customizations; proper sequencing).
- Responsible for configuring WFS Suite according to customer business requirements using JavaScript; HTML; SQL or other scripting tools.
- Handle complex issues including administrative and configuration challenges with minimal assistance.
- Communicate roadblocks and seek out guidance in a timely manner.
- Write complex formulas that leverage mathematical and/or programming skills.
- Perform unit and system testing of configured application to ensure test cases pass as described by customer requirements.
- Identify and escalate out-of-scope requirements to key stakeholders.
- Support the confirmation and refinement of customer business requirements with key stakeholders.
- Responsible for participating in gathering customer business requirements from users; customers; other stakeholders including creating maintaining business requirement documents noticeable use cases process diagrams.
- Understand project scope implementation approach for assigned projects.

Requirements:
- 2–4 years experience in software implementations.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience with programming language preferably JavaScript SQL.
- Demonstrated knowledge SQL JavaScript HTML or other scripting tools.

Education:
