SwipeLabs.io is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Paid Media Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital advertising, particularly in managing paid campaigns on Google, Facebook, and Instagram platforms. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing paid advertising strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and conversions for our tech startup & ecommerce clients. Experience working with SaaS products, apps, and tech startups is a significant advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive paid advertising strategies across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads to achieve key performance metrics and business objectives.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copywriting to maximize campaign performance and ROI.
- Create and manage campaigns, ad groups, and ad creatives including A/B testing and ongoing optimization to improve ad performance.
- Monitor campaign budgets, performance metrics, and KPIs to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze data and provide regular reporting on campaign performance insights along with recommendations for optimization.
- Stay updated on industry trends best practices as well as algorithm changes to continuously refine advertising strategies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including marketing design as well as product to align paid advertising efforts with overall marketing initiatives.
- Keep abreast of competitor activities along with market trends to identify new opportunities while staying ahead of the competition.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads Facebook Ads as well as Instagram Ads.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data draw insights along with making data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in campaign optimization techniques including bid management audience segmentation alongside ad creative testing.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills necessary for managing multiple campaigns alongside priorities simultaneously.
- Creative mindset coupled with a passion for experimenting using new ideas alongside strategies aimed at driving results.
- Experience working within SaaS products apps along with tech startups is considered a significant advantage.
