UX Designer – 3-month contract – £405 per day (Outside IR35) – Leeds/Stoke/Reading (Must be willing to travel to other offices on weekly basis)

Key skills/experience
• Contact centre transformation/optimisation and experience working with IVR systems to design system workflows .
• Experience delivering omni-channel journeys across several different sales channels
• Ability to turn insights into strategic recommendations
• Experience planning, conducting, analysing and presenting back quantitative and qualitative research studies.
• Delivery of optimal user journeys
• Deep understanding of customer requirements
Our client is globally recognised technology solutions specialist, currently engaged with a tier one mobile network operator on a key transformation project, recruiting for a UX Designer to join their team on an initial 3-month contract on a Contact Centre transformation project.
