Location: Remote (with Occasional Travel)
Employment Type: Contract
Rate: Up to £600 (Outside IR35) + Travel Expenses
Experience: 10+ years in Oracle ERP and Financials implementation
Duration: 6 months with possible extension

Applicants must be eligible to secure CTC or SC clearance for this role if they don't hold any clearance.

Role Overview
As an Oracle Finance Lead, you will play a pivotal role in transforming business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring the alignment of Oracle Financials implementations with organizational objectives. Your expertise will drive continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence across finance processes and technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities
• Analyze and translate business requirements into functional solutions using Oracle Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM and PPM).
• Lead workshops, document processes, and draft solution design documents.
• Provide functional support across the project lifecycle, including testing, go-live, and post-implementation.
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues and ensure seamless system integration.

Skills and Attributes for Success
• 10+ years of relevant experience in Oracle ERP implementation or as a financial systems super user.
• Expertise in three Oracle Financial Applications such as General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Project Portfolio management, Receivables/cash Management.
• Experience in implementing and advising on CoA and Enterprise structure.
• Experience in creations of roles and responsibilities/personas for the solution.
• Good understanding of out-of-the-box reporting capabilities of Oracle solution (SaaS, OTBI, FDI).
• Experience with 3-4 full lifecycle implementations of Oracle Financials.
• Strong foundation in managing finance processes and Oracle ERP solutions with an emphasis on quality and risk management.
• Excellent research skills and the ability to apply best practices to drive innovation.
• Strong communication, presentation,and listening skills.
• Willingnessand availability to travel if needed.

Preferred:
• Cloud Certifications in Oracle Cloud Applications.
