Large digital media company in London is looking for an AP Supervisor to help them through a transition period
Your new company
You will be working for a global media company in the heart of London whilst they go through a transition.
Your new role
You will be assisting the AP Manager for 3 months whilst they integrate new systems and processes.
Duties include
- Reviewing AP processes and provide input.
- Looking after company credit card reconciliation process.
- Supporting the Finance Manager, ensuring processes are followed by the accounts payable team.
- Assisting with day-to-day P2P process, data entry, statement reconciliations, payments etc.
- Providing cover for the Finance Manager when required.
- Ad-hoc duties as required.
What you'll need to succeed
- You will need to be proficient in communicating and liaising with senior management.
- You will need to be proficient in Excel.
- Have experience driving improvements/efficiencies - ideally putting systems in place and streamlining procedures.
