TechOhana have partnered with a boutique business that are currently on the lookout for a Salesforce Business Analyst on a long term contract opportunity.
Role Overview:
As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering requirements, liaising with stakeholders, and translating business needs into effective Salesforce solutions. You will work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless system enhancements and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Work with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements
✅ Document and translate requirements into Salesforce solutions
✅ Collaborate with developers, architects, and consultants to ensure successful delivery
✅ Provide ongoing support and recommendations for system improvements
✅ Conduct UAT and facilitate user training where necessary
Requirements:
🔹 Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst
🔹 Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities and best practices
🔹 Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
🔹 Experience in Agile environments is a plus
🔹 Salesforce certifications (highly desirable)
