Role Summary:
We are seeking a Change Delivery Manager (Azure) to oversee change projects that support the organization’s strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in change and transformation management, project delivery, risk and governance, and Azure cloud technologies. This role requires strong stakeholder management, budgeting, risk control, and strategic planning to ensure projects are delivered successfully on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage change projects to achieve strategic business goals.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Oversee budgeting, cost-benefit analysis (CBA), and resource coordination.
- Manage risks and controls, ensuring adherence to corporate governance and internal policies.
- Proactively handle issue escalation, working to resolve challenges efficiently.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to align project outcomes with business needs.
- Provide data-driven insights and reports to senior leadership.
- Drive digital and technology change management initiatives within the organization.
- Utilize Azure cloud technologies for effective project execution and digital transformation.
Required Core Skills & Expertise:
✅ Project & Change Management: Experience in digital and technology change management within financial services.
✅ Azure Cloud Expertise: Hands-on experience in Azure-based change management projects.
✅ Stakeholder Management: Ability to engage and influence stakeholders across multiple levels.
✅ Risk & Compliance: Strong understanding of corporate governance, risk management, and internal controls.
✅ Strategic Thinking & Business Acumen: Ability to align projects with business goals and drive cost-effective solutions.
✅ Budgeting & Cost-Benefit Analysis (CBA): Strong skills in budget management and financial planning.
✅ Problem Solving & Issue Escalation: Ability to identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions proactively.
Preferred Qualifications:
✅ Experience in Banking or Financial Services
✅ Certification in Change Management (e.g., PROSCI) or Project Management (e.g., PMP PRINCE2 Agile)
✅ Experience working in Agile/Hybrid delivery models
