Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Information Technology is preferred or other degree with significant related IT and leadership experience. Post-graduate in Software related topics is desired
Professional
Certification
4+ years working on the ServiceNow platform. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist for ITSM (CIS-ITSM)
Proven experience in two additional product lines outside of ITSM: Orchestration, Discovery, Project Portfolio, SecOps, Agent Intelligence or other predictive models
Knowledge of ITIL v3 required
