Job Purpose:
The Data Analyst is responsible for managing data quality issues identified by the Data Quality Manager. This role involves gathering requirements from business and development teams, executing solutions, and engaging with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of issues.

Key Areas Of Responsibility:
- Facilitate data integration between Charles Stanley and Raymond James, playing a key role in the integration team by mapping and understanding data from both parties.
- Collaborate with DBAs in database design and development.
- Manage senior stakeholders to ensure strong engagement and alignment of project delivery with long-term strategic roadmaps.
- Contribute to the enterprise data model, ensuring its continuous evolution.
- Review the Data Quality Dashboard, investigate and resolve issues through collaboration with relevant teams and hands-on fixes.
- Translate Data Quality rules into user stories for Data Layer developers to implement.
- Oversee end-to-end data lifecycle management activities.
- Work with IT teams, business analysts, and data analytics teams to understand data consumers needs and develop appropriate solutions.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture on new Data Governance initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience:
Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
Experience working in operational data teams.

Knowledge & Skills:
Familiarity with ISO 27001 standards and information security requirements (preferred).
Proficiency in database and SQL skills.
Understanding of ETL/Data Flow principles.
Knowledge of Data Warehouse/Lake principles and design.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in data modelling tools.
