Role: Python Developer
Location: UK – Remote
Duration: Contract

Job Description:
- Collaborating with Solution Architects in the design and assessment of solutions
- Collaborating with Engineers in the delivery of solutions
- Planning, managing, and executing internal and cross-functional project and delivery
- Being a subject matter expert on our suite of platforms and services in development
- Keep up to date with platform and service roadmaps
- Collaborating with Engineering teams in other regions and globally
- Championing good development practices
- Removing technical blockers for individuals and teams
- Resolving technical and security incidents
- Building and maintaining good relationships with technology, product, and operations teams
- Identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies in processes hindering performance or progress and proposing measurable and risk-managed solutions
- Reporting against OKRs and KPIs
- Supporting and collaborating with other Tech Leads
- Technically competent to script, code, and build
- Take ownership of tasks as assigned by the Director of Technology for Europe.
- Solution architect with business mind
- Need to be aware of cloud provider that IRM is using
- Ability to implement proof of concept
- 80% of time will go in working with sales/business but should be able to code as well in Python
