Radley Green is partnering a global fashion retailer looking for a Financial Controller to join the business on a 12-month contract to look after the Financial Operations team during an exciting period of transformation.
The role will report into the Finance Director and lead the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Stock Control teams and play a key role in financial controls, reporting, and system
implementation projects, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across all transactional processes.
The role is to start ASAP, will initially be a 12-month contract paying ÂŁ100k - ÂŁ115k plus bonus, great benefits and hybrid working (3 days in the office in central London).

Who you are
• Qualified accountant with experience working in a fast paced environment • Proven experience implementing financial controls & robust processes • Experience managing a varied Financial Operations team • Operating a centre of excellence in a change environment • Advanced Excel skills (Microsoft Business Central & Power BI? Even better!) • Retail experience? A huge plus but not essential
What you’ll be doing: • Leading & mentoring the AP, AR & Stock Control teams • Driving process improvements & efficiencies across finance operations • Playing a key role in Business Central implementation & additional module rollouts • Ensuring accurate financial reporting & audit processes • Working with Retail Ops to enhance stock accuracy & landlord relations
