We are currently recruiting a Project Manager to join the company and manage various groundworks and civils projects across the North West.

Responsibilities:
- Reporting and working alongside the Operations Manager.
- Site Supervision and compliance with health and safety
- Keeping site diaries
- Producing RAMS
- Producing cost plans
- Quality Assurance.
- Producing programmes
- Managing the client
- Providing progress reports
- Managing/ordering materials and overseeing site operations.
Requirements:
- CSCS
- SMSTS
- First aid
- Temporary Works Coordinator (beneficial)
- Experienced in groundworks and RC for specialist contractors.
- Engineering background (beneficial)
- 12+ years project management experience
