Role Description
This is a contract remote role for an M&A Analyst at Capital A. The M&A Analyst will be responsible for conducting research for target buyers/sellers, lead gen, list building, outreach using email and LinkedIn software to create campaigns, due diligence, financial analysis, valuation, and accounting tasks related to mergers and acquisitions. The role will involve daily involvement in M&A activities and strategic planning.
Qualifications
- Analytical Skills and Finance knowledge
- Deal flow and lead gen using email and LinkedIn software
- Experience in Due Diligence and Valuation processes
- Accounting expertise
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Knowledge of the marketing and communications industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
