Description
A large global organisation is seeking a Cyber Security Engineer to enhance the design, architecture, deployment, configuration and management in security products and technologies within the organisation. This will be an initial 6-month contract, with opportunities for multiple extensions. The position is located in Rugby, United Kingdom. The position can be worked on a Hybrid/Remote basis. 2 days in the office, 3 days remote working available. Active SC Clearance is Required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shift Rotation: Candidate should be available for 24*7 Support and On-Call Anytime - be available for on-call anytime.
- Strong experience with minimum 8 years in multiple cybersecurity domains.
- Mandatory experience in design, architecture, deployment, configuration and management in security products and technologies listed below:
- Proven experience in PAM tools, with focus on Endpoint Privilege Management (EAM) and PAM management.
- Strong understanding of identity and access management, security principles and privilege access controls.
- Implement and integrate EAM/PAM with different management and authentication tools.
- Deploy and maintain access and security policies via PAM.
- Coordinate with users to resolve trouble tickets and troubleshoot issues raised by customer/team; isolate and resolve PAM incidents with proper RCA.
- Experience in GRC, compliance management and audits.
- Knowledge of ITIL process in incident management, change management, and problem management.
Technical Skills Required:
- Experience with HMGSPF, JSP 440, JSP 490; NCSC ten steps to cyber security; MOD Cyber Security Directives.
- Cybersecurity certifications (SANS, ISACA, ISC2,CISSP,G IAC,CISA,CISM) preferred.
- Quickly able to technically analyze diagnose ,and resolve incidents/requests .
- Resolve issues ensuring that IT infrastructure remains secure/compliant .
- Good understanding of networks/domain structure .
