Overview:
We are looking for a French or German-speaking Talent Acquisition Specialist to support Go-To-Market (GTM) hiring for a fast-growing organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with sales and marketing teams, driving recruitment for key commercial roles across Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process for GTM roles (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success).
- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
- Proactively source, screen, and engage top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools.
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure a smooth, high-quality interview process.
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
- Work closely with HR and leadership to provide market insights and hiring recommendations.
Requirements:
- Fluent in French or German, with strong communication skills in English.
- Proven talent acquisition or recruitment experience, ideally in GTM hiring (Sales, Marketing, or Customer Success).
- Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong sourcing skills, with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment tools.
