The Role:
We are seeking a person who is:
- Passionate about how a modern dynamic marketing organization should operate.
- Seeking to broaden their career experience and looking to stretch themselves into the cybersecurity sector/field.
- Has direct experience working for a SaaS firm or in a related environment.
- Possesses great project management abilities with skills in planning, scheduling, and motivating people to complete projects on time.
- Has worked with Asana or related workflow platforms/tools (key requirement).
- Understands the importance of a Program Management Office (PMO) and has a proven track record of delivering performance improvements and efficiencies across organizations.
- Thrives on collaboration and enjoys mentoring teams within frameworks that optimize delivery, spend, and resources.
Role of Program Management Office (PMO):
The company has an established PMO for its global marketing department. The PMO acts as the "quarterback" for the organization's critical activities, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. The PMO framework governs key programs and projects by overseeing planning, deployment, monitoring timelines/budgets/OKRs during initiation phases while collaborating with teams throughout project lifecycles.
Primary tools include Asana as their enterprise-wide software platform alongside liaising with Finance & Legal departments regarding budgetary tracking/spend management under guidance from Chief Staff members responsible for strategic timelines alignment purposes only!
What You Will Do:
1) Undertake tasks/projects assigned by Director - Marketing –PM O
2) Execute key initiatives via Asana ensuring smooth delivery processes
3) Review performance metrics within system suggesting areas needing improvement
4 )Support other team members effectively optimizing overall operations
5 )Develop processes establishing program/project budgets including ongoing monitoring/spending controls
6 )Produce financial reports required at departmental/individual initiative levels per CMO requests
7 )Create vendor onboarding/management procedures maintaining consistent spending practices
What We Expect:
1 )Minimum five years' senior-level experience managing programs/projects/P M Os specifically SaaS firms
2 )Prior involvement supporting Marketing functions preferred but not mandatory
3 ))Demonstrated familiarity operating models associated w ith Project Management Offices essential knowledge base here cannot be novice level understanding required!
4 ))Proven ability developing/managing budgets/spends successfully implemented previously demonstrated capabilities necessary skill set acquisition expected candidate possess these qualities inherently already present prior application submission consideration given accordingly based upon qualifications met adequately enough satisfy hiring criteria outlined above clearly stated
