About the Role:
This role offers a unique and exciting opportunity for a versatile marketer eager to leverage a diverse skill set. Reporting to the Head of Value Marketing, who oversees the Go-to-Market strategies and plans, and audience-focused marketing frameworks for Cirium, this position focuses on developing and executing plans to resonate with buyers, influencers and decision-makers. You will be responsible for crafting customer-centric messaging and supporting go-to-market initiatives to ensure Ciriums solutions meet and exceed market expectations.
Job Purpose:
Your purpose is to tell the value story to buyers, influencers and decision makers; develop and manage Go-To-Market plans. To achieve this you will work closely with:
Product: Work closely with Product Managers to ensure solutions are positioned and messaged in the right way.
Sales: Working closely with sales on how to roll out solutions with customers.
Pricing: To provide input in pricing of Product/Solution portfolio ensuring right margin tested with market.
Strategy: Check if we are going in agreed direction; confirm whether our strategy is aligned with market feedback.
Responsibilities:
Go-to-Market Strategy Development:
- Collaborate with Head of Value Marketing to develop & execute go-to-market plans that highlight value of offerings.
- Partner with cross-functional teams for seamless alignment of value propositions during product launches.
Customer Personas & Audience Frameworks:
- Build & maintain comprehensive customer personas.
- Map product offerings to customer challenges ensuring clear alignment between features & value.
Value Proposition Articulation:
- Develop compelling differentiated value propositions for target audiences.
- Provide insights & guidance supporting business cases articulating ROI & product value.
Market Research & Insights:
- Conduct market/competitor research gathering insights informing value-driven marketing strategies.
- Identify emerging trends/opportunities refining messaging/positioning.
Content Development & Messaging:
- Help create high-impact marketing materials effectively communicating product value.
- Collaborate ensuring messaging consistency across all channels.
Collaboration & Support:
- Work closely with marketing/product/sales/customer success teams supporting efforts communicating value.
- Provide training/enabling tools empowering internal teams articulating our value propositions effectively.
Requirements:
Experience & Knowledge:
- Considerable experience in value-based marketing or similar role within software/solutions/data/IT sector.
- Familiarity with aviation or travel sectors highly desirable.
- Proven track record developing implementing go-to-market strategies/value propositions.
Skills & Expertise:
- Strong interpersonal/presentation/communication skills including exceptional copywriting/storytelling abilities.
- Proficiency productivity tools such as MS Word/PPT/Excel; new AI tools; experience CRMs/sales enablement platforms pluses
- Demonstrated ability conducting/applying market research/customer insights
- Strong organizational/project management skills managing multiple priorities simultaneously
- SEO/writing/editing expertise supporting content marketing efforts
