Data Analyst to solve:
- How do we create a process for periodically (possibly weekly but minimum monthly) gathering data from multiple sources (Clients) in different formats so that GDS know how many users have either left or joined and are in scope for the MOG. The ultimate goal would be to just 'press a button' and see the numbers sliced into user groups etc.
- 6-8 teams providing data in spreadsheets (lots of chasing for the data which takes time).
- Data comes in different formats so the Excel formulas break.
- Moving from Google to Excel breaks the data.
- Need to try and get data in consistent format, get organisations to provide in a standard way or set-up pipeline if possible.
- Formulas need to be rewritten for Excel.
- Need a definition of done (requirements gathering needs to be carried out to find out how they want to use the data and what data is missing).

Exclusions:
- Doesn't include contingent data.
- Doesn't include growth of the organisation.
- Doesn't include what team people are in.

Experience needed:
- Data Tooling
- Migration experience
- Stakeholder experience
- Articulate data
- Data cleansing
- Pulling data across 6/8 groups of people into one, including how many thousands of people can move at a time and their job titles, MSPs, and Suppliers.
