Responsibilities:
- Design service blueprints and user journeys based on research
- Collaborate with stakeholders to explore how Salesforce Marketing Cloud can be integrated into engagement
- Assess the feasibility of digital solutions within public sector
- Contribute to the transition from Discovery to Alpha, ensuring a seamless service
Experience/Qualifications required:
Salesforce Knowledge
- Familiarity with Salesforce capabilities, especially Marketing Cloud.
Public Sector Expertise
- Experience with government projects.
UK Discovery Methodologies
- Proven experience conducting discovery phases within the UK Government framework.
