Role Overview
This is a fantastic opportunity to lead the omni-shopper marketing strategy for the WaterWipes brand in UKI and to be the voice of the shopper in the development of the overall brand strategy. Reporting into the Shopper Marketing Manager EMEA+, this role has responsibility towards building and executing a consistent and disruptive online and offline position for WaterWipes in the UK and Ireland while ensuring WaterWipes’ positioning is aligned with our global brand guidelines. This person is an important partner of the regional Commercial Team, working closely with sales and marketing to develop and drive the integrated omni-shopper marketing performance. The ideal candidate will be passionate, a true collaborator, commercially driven, and a brand lover!

Key Duties
- Lead the execution of the annual omni-shopper marketing plans and budget for the UKI region, ensuring alignment with the overall brand strategy and NSV targets.
- Create and execute online content and assets to ensure products have best-in-class branding and visibility across online channels ensuring we are driving our perfect screen principles.
- Manage budgets for areas of control; optimize & adapt as needed.
- Partner with the Global Center of Excellence to create regional plans from global toolkits.
- Proactively identify digital content opportunities to build upon or expand our existing strategies and tactical plans to optimize growth.
- Stakeholder management with key contacts. Externally with our retail partners; internally with key team members.
- Update relevant stakeholders on an ongoing basis, overlaying Shopper/digital activation to ensure synergy between both.
- Collaborate with commercial teams to identify required online/offline activations by customer/campaign. Seeing through delivery.
- Working cross-functionally will be key including Global, Regulatory, Supply Chain, & wider Commercial Team success.
- Manage external agencies ensuring quality briefs are provided timely along with internal approval requirements.
- Creation of print tenders based on POS campaign requirements; comparison of printer responses vs budget/quality targets.
- Create/pitch business cases for additional opportunities driving growth.

Omni-Shopper Expertise
- Create actionable omni-shopper activation ideas/plans aligning them with WaterWipes category strategy that inspire shoppers.
- Responsible for crafting communication/artwork briefs for global brand team developing timely fit-for-purpose in-store/online communication per global toolkits.
- Stay abreast of all new developments within omni-shopper/trade marketing arena suggesting/trailing new ways disrupting shopper journey/driving penetration of brand.
- Manage/maintain product/supplier databases (e.g., Brandbank, Syndigo) ensuring all content up-to-date regularly.

Commercial Planning (Monthly & Annual)
Through regular monthly business planning cycle:
- Accountable for coherence accuracy/visibility shopper marketing plan across channels/key customers monthly quarterly yearly basis.
- Accountable monitoring return on investment analysis/reporting activations across channels/key customers aligning internal/external stakeholders initiatives.

Category Leadership
- Be innovative through collaborative work shopper/category insights team/agencies translating insights into best-in-class campaigns establishing WaterWipes as shopper expert key customers.
- Create/execution shopper support plans portfolio extensions innovation launches contributing success.

Channel Expertise
Accountable identifying opportunities executing key shopper initiatives ensuring frictionless online/offline experience developing winning omnichannel activations responsible all activation plans across retail channels including eComm ensuring consistent use distinctive assets/category entry points.

Strategic Revenue Management
Expose effectiveness omni-shopper marketing activations/share optimization opportunities understanding investment composition structure across customers ensure optimal plans executing against aligned strategies driving return on investment accountable effective efficient spend relating activities identified Annual Monthly planning processes collaborate cross-functional teams Sales Brand activating key commercial moments through line.

Key Requirements
- 3+ years experience in shopper/trade marketing role within FMCG industry
- Professional experience managing multiple projects delivering against objectives
- Solid self-starter mentality ability own drive projects independently strong team player
- Excellent organizational time management skills strong attention detail
- Excellent presentation communication negotiation problem-solving skills
- Fluency (spoken written) English mandatory
- Ability travel 10% time
