Position Overview
MetaWealth is looking for a young, sales-driven and ambitious WINNER to join our scaling international team. If you are someone who wants to have the opportunity to control your own destiny, break records and grow within the fastest emerging market within the global real estate industry—tokenization—this is the right place for you. The current team operates in two branch offices: Bucharest and Marbella but will be expanding its branch offices.

Team Collaboration
Within MetaWealth, you will be working with true real estate experts as the combined real estate experience between leadership and this team is over 60 years as Fund Managers, Asset Managers, Property Managers, Investors and Developers within multiple North American and European markets.

Role Responsibilities
The MetaWealth Consultant serves as the firm’s primary point of contact for a select group of premium clients and is instrumental in introducing new business development opportunities to the firm. In this critically important role:
- Manage client relationships
- Sell real estate investments to local and international clients
- Work closely with all members of the MetaWealth team to exceed client expectations
- Help grow MetaWealth’s business through efficient use of your time with clients
- Contribute invaluable insights through community involvement

You will be promoted as one of the main faces of MetaWealth; support from your team will help you grow your personal brand!

Requirements
- 5+ Years of Full-Sales Cycle Experience
- 3+ Years of Full-Sales Cycle Experience within Real Estate, Investment Banking or FinTech
- Near Native-Fluency in both English
- Originate sales opportunities through direct client outreach as well as via targeted leads.
- Proven ability to network with prospective clients and centers of influence in your designated geographic region.
- Work directly in partnership with Leadership Team on promoting local community education about MetaWealth's value proposition.
- Develop/manage existing client relationships including ongoing regular contact/communications.
- Actively participate in developing new business/networking opportunities.
- Collaborate with portfolio management teams on aligning investment strategies with planning objectives.
- Participate in local/international events & marketing content creation led by Marketing Team.
- Coordinate/execute meetings at Marbella branch office or field; manage video conference meetings; CRM Management.

Good To Have
Minimum 3 years + experience working in technology or financial services sales or relationship management roles demonstrating ability develop/manage existing relationships while creating new business opportunities:
- Experience working with Web3 technology including blockchain
- Experience working within a Fintech or Start-Up environment
